Shipping
Ecloire ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to freight forwarders for export. Delivery times depend on carrier service levels, your location, and order processing; estimates will be shown at checkout when available.
Orders shipped to certain states may be subject to applicable sales tax based on the shipping address. Tax rules change; your final total will reflect current requirements at purchase.
Returns
We want you to love your piece. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return of eligible unworn merchandise within 7 days of delivery, in original condition with packaging and documentation where provided. Customized, engraved, altered, or final-sale items may not be eligible.
To start a return, contact contact@ecloire.com with your order number. Approved returns are typically refunded to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where helpful. We will work with you on a repair, exchange, or return path.
